Add Worldwave org and 1209:4440 (Wakes)

Requesting PID 1209:4440 for Wakes, and adding the Worldwave organisation.

• Hi! I'm Adara. Wakes is a semi-modular music synthesizer developed as a custom firmware for the Teenage Engineering SP-1 (nRF52840, Zephyr). Wakes is not a hardware design project, and it runs on a closed-source product (TE SP-1), so there are no PCB files. The PID is for the open USB device firmware, so every user who flashes a release gets the same collision-free identity (the same situation as 1209:A6E1).
• USB functions: CDC ACM console, USB-MIDI 1.0, and a USB audio class output stream.
