Add PID 1209:3F00 for Bushel Basket MIDI Anglo Concertina

Requesting PID 1209:3F00 for an Anglo concertina MIDI controller.

The source repository is organized as three projects, each with their own LICENSE.txt file:

• electrical - KiCad, CERN-OHL-S-2.0
• firmware - Rust, GPL-3.0-only
• mechanical - FreeCAD & DXF, CERN-OHL-S-2.0

PDFs of the schematics are exported for each electrical release.

Please include a PDF/PNG version of the main schematic in addition to your kicad sources in your project repo. It would be easier to tell what the base platform is.

Also, @ me in the reply so I can check this quickly and approve.

@cnlohr It's against my policy to include generated files in version control. PDFs are however automatically exported for releases. Here are the files from the latest release (which is also currently the latest commit):

• Controller - This is the USB device
• Bellows Sensor
• Left Keyboard
• Right Keyboard

Including files as a "github release" is perfectly fine. But this comments thread is basically discarded after approval. Do you mind uploading these artifacts in the "Releases" of this project?

The above is not a hard requirement, and I am willing to accept without it. But it would still be great to have that.
