Split the home page into section pages and load MathJax 3 - #40

home_page/index.md becomes a short landing page (overview, status table, formalisation status, links). The itemised Chapter 10 lists move to one page per section (sec10-1-gns.md … sec10-7-general-covariance.md), with collapsible subsection lists on the long §10.2–§10.5 pages and navigation between pages; axioms.md and guide.md hold the axioms at a glance and the guide to the blueprint. All 610 entries are preserved. The MathJax include now loads MathJax 3 from jsDelivr; cdn.mathjax.org has been retired. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
