This fixes running tests with lde by making it clear the rockspec needs the library.

Also just makes it so that testing works ootb on luarocks itself instead of having a mysterious dependency you'd only know about after it errors or from reading the README... |

lde testby making it clear the rockspec needs the library.Let me know if you'd like it to be version pinned (or just change it)
Also, fwiw, lde supports moonscript out of the box moonscript
