I build, secure and operate web systems, combining hands-on engineering with responsibility after launch. My career began in June 2011: 15+ years spanning web development, infrastructure and website security. Founder of VMCSoft Digital and Lead Engineer at ViWeb Technology. ViWeb Technology is the web services line of VMCSoft Digital.

At ViWeb Technology, I manage 3 web servers, including 2 supporting 10 websites for Vietnam Dragon Travel, covering maintenance, security and backups. I also manage additional servers for Pacific Wise.

Through iCreationsLab, I am responsible for infrastructure architecture, security and complex troubleshooting across 20+ servers supporting an estimated 200+ websites. This includes website support for Kuok Group, NHG Health and Singapore Heart Foundation, working with the team handling day-to-day operations.

• Anonymous server recovery: recovered 30+ client websites within an eight-hour recovery window, with no known data loss after restoring S3 backups and reconciling newer updates.
• Anonymous AI support system: designed, built, deployed and operate a Cloudflare-based system integrated with LiveChat.com, with knowledge retrieval and human handoff. Flexible model selection; Gemini evaluated first in depth. Handles approximately 1,000 conversations per month, resolves 30% without human handoff, and delivers a 90% faster first useful response.
• AeroDNS: open-source Android DNS utility with 5K+ downloads on Google Play (as of October 2026).

• Context Docs: an experimental open-source Markdown convention and reusable agent skill for project continuity. The public evaluation notes document its limits. GitHub source.
• Testing AI outage decisions one fact at a time — an AI-assisted experiment with fictional incidents, paired scenarios and reproducible scoring. Includes public Kaggle evidence; not a production-safety certification.

Additional recognition: Replit Expert on Contra. Small sample apps are self-initiated demos, separate from client work.
