   Already fixed on main: b7c780f (#174) deleted .machine_readable/svc/README.adoc (18 lines), and git ls-tree -r origin/main (8007381) lists 0 paths under .machine_readable/svc/. .machine_readable/self-validating/README.adoc carries the ADR-001 relocation note. #183 additionally fixes that README's example cp paths, which named the nonexistent contractiles/self-validating/.
