Brings the README in line with the code and the latest measurements:

  • Feature list: transforms (translate/rotate), filter, backdrop-filter, mask-image (single url), list markers, columns, vertical-align, appearance, @container, declarative shadow DOM, and others that were missing from the README.
  • Honest limits: conic-gradient recognised but not painted; scale/skew unsupported; ::before/::after not synthesised; baseline cell alignment approximated; rate-limited image hosts cost ~2s per retry.
  • Measured table: the ten-page bench (mean SSIM ≈ 0.66; summed time at parity with Chrome, 26.1s vs 26.3s), replacing the old five-page table.
  • Coverage gate: the real floors (css 99.5, layout/paint/paginate 100, dom 97.4).
  • FIDELITY: two statements about JS module fetching corrected (serial in practice).

…age bench

README: list what the engine now renders (transforms, filter, mask-image, list
markers, columns, vertical-align, appearance, containers, shadow DOM), name the
real limits (conic-gradient not painted, scale/skew not supported, baseline
approximated, rate-limited image hosts), replace the five-page table with the
ten-page run, and correct the coverage gate to its real floors. FIDELITY: fix
two round-151/152 statements about JS module fetching, which were serial in
practice, not concurrent.
