A founder-led software studio that works the way a forward deployed engineer does: inside your business, not at arm's length from it. Fully remote, but in your tools, with your data, and alongside the people who do the work. You bring the problem, not a finished plan. We learn how the work really happens, find what is actually wrong, and build the software that fixes it.
A senior engineer is on every engagement, and other developers are brought in per project. Most problems we're handed are one of two kinds, and they're the two things people struggle to find anyone good at.
You inherited it. Software someone else built: stalled, abandoned, handed over, or still running in production with nobody left who understands it. Or an app you built yourself with AI tools that won't hold. We take it over, write down how it actually works, and make it safe to change.
You're doing it by hand. Reports rebuilt every week, data retyped between systems, requests routed by whoever notices them first. We automate that and connect the tools you already pay for.
We build from scratch too: web and SaaS platforms, AI assistants, data analytics, cloud and Microsoft 365, mobile, desktop, embedded and IoT. That work is a real part of what we do. It just isn't how we introduce ourselves.
The 30-minute call is free. It's a consultation: we listen, get to know the problem, and tell you what the first step would be. The work itself is paid, and each first step has a fixed price, given on the call.

Each first step has a fixed scope and ends in a written result. It's yours to keep whether or not you hire us, including if you hand it to another developer. After that, the project gets one fixed price when the scope is clear, a monthly fee when the work has no end date, and an hourly rate only when there are too many unknowns to price it fairly.
We use AI to move faster. Every line is human-reviewed, your data stays yours, and you own 100% of the code.
