Move coverage source paths (
src/,tests/) and the 100% coverage threshold from pytest command-line flags into[tool.coverage]inpyproject.toml. Keep coverage activation explicit with--cov --cov-config=pyproject.toml. Preserve the existing branch measurement, exclusions, and report outputs.Validation on Python 3.14: 467 passed in 120.28s (0:02:00). Coverage remains 100%. Formatting, applicable lockfile checks, workflow validation, and
git diff --checkpass. The effective coverage configuration matches the previous CLI settings.
