DOCKER_API_VERSIONand explicitly binding service ports to loopback, with contributor setup instructions and links to the two upstream compatibility issues.Verified all six deployment tests with retries disabled on Docker Desktop and Apple container 1.5.0 through Socktainer 1.5.1, plus native Apple deployment behavior and builds of all three Dockerfile stages.
