catalogue: add com.verso.claudeusage

Adds the Claude Usage plugin to the Native OpenAction plugins section of the catalogue.

It shows your Claude subscription usage (Pro / Max) on a key, and a second action colors a key according to what Claude Code is doing (thinking, needs you, done). Linux only for now. Unofficial, not affiliated with Anthropic.

Note: #58 (Claude Code Usage) covers a similar need. This plugin differs in that it:

• adds a second action, a Claude Code status key (thinking / needs you / done, via Claude Code hooks)
• lets each key show the 5h session, weekly, both, or weekly Opus / Sonnet limits
• supports custom colors, an OLED black background, and English / French

It's Linux only for now. Both plugins can coexist; happy to adjust naming if that helps.
