docs: add the Taboola Pixel Events app page

Adds content/docs/apps/taboola.mdx and lists it in the Apps nav. The page covers the storefront Taboola Pixel Events app:

• where to find the numeric Account ID in Realize (Taboola's advertiser platform)
• the app's two settings
• how to define conversions in Realize, with the exact event names
• the values sent with each event
• how to verify tracking
• how the campaign templates differ, mainly that upsell_purchase is sent separately from make_purchase

The page follows meta-pixel.mdx and everflow.mdx: an install callout, a setup section, and Callouts for caveats.

Context: NextCommerceCo/nextcommerce-site#194 rates its /apps/taboola page Medium confidence because the app's name, settings and setup steps were undocumented. Once this page is live, that page can link here.

Merge after NextCommerceCo/taboola#3 ships. The page describes app version 1.3 from that PR:

• the "Taboola Account ID" label
• the new Skip Test Orders setting
• revenue as item revenue excluding tax and shipping
• the pixel loading on the storefront page

The live app is still 1.2 until that PR is published to the App Store.
