I’m a product person who happens to build software.
I start with the experience. From there, I work through the business goals, constraints, system boundaries, and code. The whole thing should make sense: how it feels, how it scales, who owns each responsibility, and why every abstraction exists.
Agents raised the floor for implementation. Product judgment and architectural taste now carry more of the outcome. I spend extra time on the last quarter mile: motion, latency, visual hierarchy, empty states, and the details people feel before they can name them.
