Task Manager is a web application built with Laravel, providing a user-friendly interface to manage tasks and projects seamlessly.

• Status Tracking: Track the status of tasks (todo, in-progress, completed).

Requirements

• PHP 7.4 or later
• Composer
• MySQL or any compatible database
• Laravel dependencies (handled by Composer)

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/your-username/task-manager.git
   cd task-manager

2. Install dependencies:

   composer install

3. Copy the .env.example file:

   cp .env.example .env

4. Generate an application key:

   php artisan key:generate

5. Configure your database in the .env file:

   DB_CONNECTION=mysql
   DB_HOST=your-database-host
   DB_PORT=your-database-port
   DB_DATABASE=your-database-name
   DB_USERNAME=your-database-username
   DB_PASSWORD=your-database-password

6. Run migrations:

   php artisan migrate

Configuration

Additional configuration options can be found in the .env file. Customize the application name, environment, and other settings to fit your needs.

Usage

1. Run the development server:

   php artisan serve

2. Visit http://localhost:8000 in your browser.

3. Register an account and start managing your tasks and projects.
