[Bug]: every natural-language graph query fails without internet access: result truncation downloads tiktoken's `cl100k_base` from openaipublic.blob.core.windows.net, and the failure is reported as "There was an error querying the database"

[Bug]: incremental sync permanently drops callable-argument CALLS/INSTANTIATES edges (`run_callback(_on_start)`) when the receiving function's file is re-parsed only as a dependent of an edited file

[Bug]: the MCP setup guide's `docker run … memgraph/memgraph-platform` gives Memgraph 2.14.1, on which `dead-code`, `duplicates`, `graph`/MCP graph tools fail with a Cypher syntax error; the sync logs an ERROR but reports success and `cgr doctor` passes

[Bug]: the docs' quick-start install (`pip install code-graph-rag` / `uv sync`) only parses Python: a TypeScript, JS, Go, Java, Rust or C repo "syncs" to zero functions with exit 0 and no warning, and `cgr doctor` doesn't notice

[Bug]: `cgr check` `tests_reaching` drops the tests of a renamed or removed function, which are exactly the tests that now fail

[Bug]: after #2445, a Python file with a PEP 263 encoding (`# -- coding: latin-1 --`) is indexed but can't be renamed or read back: `cgr rename` crashes with UnicodeDecodeError or can't locate the name, `get_code_snippet` fails and `read_file` calls it binary

[Bug]: `cgr check --fail-on-found` reports `too_many` on correct Python: explicit base-class calls (`Base.init(self, a)`) count `self` twice, and `*rest` after a default like `b=dict()` is missed

[Bug]: a misspelled provider (`--orchestrator antropic:…`) is reported as "ANTROPIC_API_KEY environment variable is not set", and setting that variable doesn't help; the "Unknown provider" error is never reached

[Bug]: `cgr dead-code --no-endpoint-roots` silently does nothing on a project indexed with the default capture (no `io` group → no `EXPOSES` edges → the route decorator still roots every handler)

[Bug]: TS/JS: `class B extends Y` where the base is re-exported under an alias (`export { X as Y }`) gets no INHERITS edge, so inherited-method calls are lost

[Bug]: TS & Go direct chained-call receiver — `new X().method()` / `factory().method()` — loses the outer method's CALLS edge (hoisting to a local works; Java's analog #1334 was fixed)

[Bug]: TS method call on a cast receiver — `(x as T).method()` and `(<T>x).method()` — resolves nowhere, though the cast states the receiver type explicitly (Java handles this)

[Bug]: "no compile_commands.json found" warning fires when every C/C++ file is excluded (`.cgrignore`, `--exclude`, default ignores like `node_modules/`), because the C/C++ presence check walks the raw tree
